2022年度においては、以下1～4について研究準備を行った。また、新型コロナウイルス（以下COVID-19）の感染拡大に伴い、研究計画の大幅な見直しを行った。1.心理尺度およびIBS重症を測定する尺度はウェブで回答できるように準備した。測定項目は、心理的症状を測定する尺度(消化管症状に対する不安：VSI、特性不安・状態不安：STAI-JYZ、抑うつ症状：BDI-II)および消化管症状を測定する尺度（Rome3診断基準質問紙：RMQ3、IBS重症度：IBS-SI、消化管症状QOL：IBSQOL）を試行した。生理学的検査については、自律神経系の指標の一つである脈波を測定できるウェアラブル端末の調整を行った。また末梢神経系刺激装置の調整を行った。2. 介入プログラム：認知行動療法のプログラムを作成するために資料および文献収集を行った。対面＋オンデマンドでの心理療法プログラムを実施する予定であったが、COVID-19の感染状況および指針に合わせて当初の計画通り対面で実施することとなり、その資料を作成し準備を行った。3.実験手続き：対面での実施を考慮し、その実験手続きを再調整した。また介入前後の生理学的検査は、ウェアラブル端末による脈波の測定を用いることとなった。そのための機器の調整も行った。また、携帯型末梢神経検査装置を用いて、上腕内側部における末梢神経（C繊維）による電気刺激によって知覚閾値を測定し、評価することとなった。4. 倫理委員会への研究申請：本研究においては、ランダム化比較試験（RCT）デザインによる介入研究を行なう予定である。当初の計画通りに認知行動療法による対面による心理療法プログラムで実施するため、再度倫理申請を行う準備をした。
