Standard curves for the rate of nitrogen application for cut flower production of chrysanthemum and lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum) were made to modify their nitrogen uptake and growth curves.The standard curves were made for two cropping periods of early summer flowering 'Seiun' and autumn flowering 'Shuhounochikara' of chrysanthemum, and two types of nitrogen application curves for the year round production of lisianthus.As the method of supplying nitrogen along the standard curve for chrysanthemum using NFT system produced good quality cut flowers in the two cropping periods, the curves were suitable for practical solution culture production system of chrysanthemum. In the same experiment, it was determined that optimum application ratios for N,P,K,Ca and Mg were 100,10-15,100-120,35-40 and 8-10, respectively. The nutrient application method was also adapted for spray type chrysanthemum.On the other hand, the solution culture production for lisianthus by the method of nitrogen application curve was not completely successful therefore, so far it can not be adapted for production. It is therefore neccessary to reinvestigate the method, in order to come up with appropriate apparatus of solution culture in lisianthus.A computerized nutrient supply system and a BASIC program running on the computer using the standard application curves were made on an experimental basis, but they were require futher perfection before being being put to practical application.
菊花、洋桔梗切花生产施氮量标准曲线(Eustoma grandiflorum)的氮素吸收和生长曲线进行了修正,以菊花夏秋两季为标准,采用NFT系统对菊花进行标准曲线沿着施氮,可生产出品质优良的切花在两个生育期内,该曲线适用于菊花水培生产的实际。在同一试验条件下,氮、磷、钾、钙、镁的最佳施用比例分别为100、10 ~ 15、100 ~ 120、35 ~ 40、8-10。营养液施用法也适用于喷雾型菊花,而采用氮肥曲线法进行洋桔梗水培生产并不完全成功,目前尚不能用于生产。因此,有必要对这一方法进行重新研究,以研制出适合于该属植物的水培装置。在试验的基础上,研制了一套微机营养液供应系统,并编制了一套在微机上运行的BASIC程序,但在实际应用前还需进一步完善。
