项目摘要

There are a lot of complex and emerging public health issues that is causing double burden (both health impact and economic impact) especially in underdeveloped or developing countries. It is difficult for a single organization to manage the social and public health issues. If we consider the issue of food safety, it is a major emerging concerns which needs collaborative and proper management approach. This study specifically focused on street food safety problem in Bangladesh where different stakeholder collaboration is indispensable. The study findings describes that, multi-stakeholder partnership not only in the macro level, but also community or micro level is important. Moreover, community needs proper health knowledge to actively participate in reducing the food safety issues. Therefore, proper knowledge sharing is also one of the key requirements to achieve the sustainable result.The major findings of this study shows that community participation as one of the major stakeholders can improve the current intervention system and it is also important to focus not only in organizational knowledge management to fulfill a target but also incorporate community knowledge in the knowledge management stream.

有许多复杂和新出现的公共卫生问题正在造成双重负担（健康影响和经济影响），特别是在欠发达国家或发展中国家。单一组织很难管理社会和公共卫生问题。如果我们考虑食品安全问题，这是一个新出现的重大问题，需要合作和适当的管理方法。这项研究特别关注孟加拉国街头食品安全问题，不同利益相关者的合作是必不可少的。研究结果说明，多利益相关者伙伴关系不仅在宏观层面，而且在社区或微观层面都很重要。此外，社区需要适当的健康知识，以积极参与减少食品安全问题。因此，适当的知识共享也是实现可持续结果的关键要求之一。本研究的主要结果表明，社区参与作为主要利益相关者之一，可以改善目前的干预系统，它也是重要的，不仅要集中在组织知识管理，以实现一个目标，但也纳入社区知识的知识管理流。
