项目摘要

本研究では，都市近郊農業の材料調達と生産・農業生態系サービス・農産物流通それぞれが「どこで」「どのように」行われているのか，どのような政策的・市場的メカニズムのもとで立地形成されているのか，人口減少や縮退下でどのようなリスクやチャンスがあるのかを明らかにすることで，都市近郊農業を基軸とした地域循環共生圏を提案する．2022年度は以下の4つのテーマに取り組んだ．（１）準備期間中（2021年度）の研究内容を再検討し，統計資料・GISデータにより，東京都区市町村における市民農園の農業生態系サービスがどこで・どのように立地しているのか，人口密度や平均所得等とどのように対応しているのかを明らかにした．成果は国際誌に投稿し審査中である．（２）統計資料・GISデータ・既往研究・CSR報告書などにより材料調達と生産における必要資源の量や消費金額と生産額を調査し，東京都区市町においてどこで・どのような傾向を持つのか，土地利用や生産緑地制度等とどのように対応しているのかを明らかにした．成果は国際誌への投稿を準備している．（３）農産物流通や農業生態系サービスに関する取組みを実施する個人・団体・行政へのインタビュー調査を行い，神奈川県川崎市の区ごとに組織や取組みがどこで・どのように行われているのか，土地利用や人口構成とどのように対応しているのかを検討した．（４）人口減少や縮退下における土地利用変化と，人口構成や市街化調整区域等との対応関係を検討した．成果の一部を国際学会において発表した．
