本研究は、実在する企業の人事データ・健康データを用いて、「同じ職場の社員の間で、特定のアウトカムにおけるピア効果がどれほど生じているか」を明らかにすることを目的としている。2022年度は、人事情報データ、福利厚生カフェテリアプランの利用履歴、健康データの3種類のデータを整理し、パネルデータを作成した。その上で、社員の属性に着目し、福利厚生カフェテリアプランの利用に関する記述的分析を実施した。本研究では「福利厚生カフェテリアプランを利用しているか」、また「どれだけ利用しているか」という変数に着目し、職場の同僚の間でピア効果が生じているかを明らかにする。このようなピア効果を検討する前に、２０２２年度は「個人の属性」と「福利厚生カフェテリアプランの利用」との間の関係を分析し、「福利厚生カフェテリアプランの利用」が少ない社員の特徴を明らかにした。加えて、「福利厚生カフェテリアプランを利用したタイミング」にも着目し、リサーチクエスチョンを発展させている。

This study aims to clarify the purpose of the study on the use of personnel and health information in enterprises. In 2022, the three types of personnel information, welfare and health information were organized and produced.
