Service-Learning Program on Sport and Health Sector for Community Revitalization in Mountainous Areas

我们为体育和卫生部门制定了服务学习计划。在高知县新淀川町进行了“服务学习研讨会（体育）”。该计划包括事先指导，“健康管理课程”的规划和实施，以及对这一过程的反思。根据对参与者的问卷调查结果，受访者将学生与当地人的参与评为“良好”。在回答有关该计划对参与者感觉如何的影响的问题时，结果显示100%的人对健康管理感到满意，86%的人对压力释放感到满意，79%的人对收集健康信息感到满意。

We developed a service-learning program for the sport and health sector. We practiced "service-learning seminar(sports)" in Niyodogawa-cho, Kochi. The program is consisted of prior guidance, the planning and implementation of a "Health Management Class", and a reflection on this process. According to the result of a questionnaire to participants, Respondents rated participation of students with local people as "good". In answer to thequestions about the effects of the program on how participants felt, results showed 100% atisfaction with Healthmanagement, 86% with Stress release, and 79% regarding collection of information on health.
