项目摘要

The purpose of this study was to improve the habit of skipping breakfast or having only Japanese buns, pastries, and desserts for breakfast in collegiate females.We evaluated the effects of the nutrition education program which 1)motivated the participants based on awareness of their peculiar eating behavior using visual records of their meals 2)made them experience physical and mental changes when being fed usual breakfast for 2 weeks. As a result of offering breakfast which were made with efforts to use less time, cost, and skill, the stages in Transtheoretical model developed, eating behaviors changed, and mental unspecific symptoms decreased remarkably. Therefore, instruction of such nutrition education program using experimental learning has the potential to improve unhealthy breakfast behaviors.

本研究的目的是改善大学女生不吃早餐或只吃日本面包、糕点和甜点的习惯。我们评估了营养教育计划的效果：1)通过视觉记录来激发参与者对他们特殊饮食行为的认识；2)在连续两周吃常规早餐的情况下，让他们经历身体和精神上的变化。通过减少时间、成本和技巧，提供早餐，使跨理论模型的阶段得到发展，饮食行为发生改变，心理非特异性症状明显减少。因此，利用实验学习的方法来指导这种营养教育计划有可能改善不健康的早餐行为。
