项目摘要

For blood coagulation by low temperature atmospheric plasma, plasma device for endoscope was developed and its hemostatic mechanism was evaluated. The lethality bleed from femoral vein of mouse was controlled with clarity. The bleed from internal organ with partial ablation was also controlled. By pathology assessment, no damege against body cell was seen. Because the shape of red blood cell was kept in blood clot, it seems that some of blood coagulation factor is triggered and plasma directly activate thrombin activation or fibrinogen degradation.
针对低温大气压等离子体凝固血液的特点,研制了内窥镜用等离子体装置,并对其止血机理进行了评价。小鼠股静脉致死性出血控制清晰。部分消融后内脏出血也得到控制。病理学检查未见体细胞损伤。由于血凝块中红细胞的形状保持不变,似乎是某些凝血因子被触发,血浆直接激活凝血酶活化或纤维蛋白原降解。
