Studies on ammonia exposure to trichothecene mycotoxin, deoxynivalenol

研究了氨暴露对霉菌毒素脱氧雪腐镰刀菌醇（DON）的影响。氨暴露使DON浓度呈剂量依赖性降低。在短时间（24 h）的氨化作用下，DON发生可逆和不可逆的转化。氨化3周后，DON未完全检出。DON-NH3反应液对人白血病细胞株HL60反应24 h后出现细胞毒性，反应3周后未见毒性。

Research was conducted to determine the effect of ammonia exposure to trichothecene mycotoxin, deoxynivalenol (DON). DON concentration decreased by ammonia exposure in a dose dependent manner. DON was transformed both reversibly and irrevesibly by a short period (24 h) of ammoniation. In contrast, after 3 weeks ammoniation, DON was not detected completely. Cytotoxicity to human leukemia cell line HL60 by DON-NH3 reacted solution was present after 24 h reaction, but not detected any toxicity after 3 week reaction.
