Diversity of forest soil nematodes

从云杉天然林和采伐后的柳杉人工林土壤中分离到线虫。用条码序列(18S RDNA)对线虫进行DNA分型。总共检测到235个MOTU(分子分类操作单位)。山毛榉林和针叶林的多样性指数或基于线虫取食类型的某些指数没有显著差异。结果表明，采伐后针叶林土壤线虫群落的多样性保持不变。

Nematodes were isolated from soil in natural forests of Fagus crenata and plantations of Cryptomeria japonica after clear-cutting of F. crenata. DNA typing of the nematodes using barcode sequence (18S rDNA) were done. In total, 235 MOTUs (molecular taxonomic operational units) were detected. Diversity index or some index based on nematode feeding type were not significantly different between beech forests and conifer plantations. The results suggested that diversity of soil nematode fauna in conifer plantations persisted after clear-cutting.
