项目摘要

本研究は、幼児期から児童期へ移行する子どもを対象に、ICTを活用した遊びや学習が子どもの発達への影響や効果について、子どもの認知能力（実行機能、他者理解、流動性知能・結晶性知能）、非認知能力（感情コントロール、意欲、社会的スキル）、気質や問題行動傾向、ICT使用時における生理的ストレス（コルチゾール分泌量）、日常生活の睡眠や健康の問題、社会的要因（養育環境、デバイスへの関心）から総合的に検討する。研究計画では、2022年度はデータを収集し解析を進める予定であったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、子どもの学校生活や社会状況に制限があったため、データ収集を見送った。2022年度は、これまで他の研究で収集したデータから、本研究で実施予定の質問紙調査に適する尺度や質問項目の選定、実験課題の選定に参考になると考えられる課題について検討し、学会発表を行った。現代の子どもの遊びの様相がどのようであるか、また子どもの遊びの内容と社会的スキルの発達との関連、子どもの社会的スキル、問題行動傾向と保護者の養育態度との関連などについて分析した。新型コロナウイルス感染症による様々な影響下でも、子どもは協同遊びを通して、コミュニケーション力を培い、社会的スキルを身につけていくことや保護者の受容的なしつけは子どもの非認知能力（社会的スキルや感情調整）を高める可能性があること、一貫性のないしつけは子どもの問題行動傾向を増す可能性があることなどを明らかにした。また学会発表での討論、学会でのシンポジウムや研究発表への参加を通して、2023年度に実施予定の研究に関する情報収集を行い、質問紙調査と実験課題の準備を進めてきた。
