项目摘要

予備調査の結果を精査し、今後の本調査に含める質問項目を検討した。「（保護者が）指示通り与薬しようと思う」と「実際に子どもが指示通り服用している」ことに対する関連要因をそれぞれ検討したところ、病気や薬の理解・服用への納得、医療者とのコミュニケーションなど、両者に関連する要因が明らかになった一方で、いずれかのみに関連がみられた項目があった。保護者の子どもの頃の生活習慣や服薬に関する習慣（指示通りに服薬していた、親から薬のリスクの説明を受けていた等）などにも関連がみられた項目があり、今後、検討を続ける。子どもへの与薬に対する支援について、保護者に自由記述で尋ねたところ、支援をしてほしい相手は、配偶者（夫、妻を含む）が最も多く、薬剤師や保育士との回答は数名ずつであった。支援の内容は、子どもが薬を飲めるような「声がけ」「飲みやすい雰囲気」が多かったが、「薬の準備」「キャラクターの薬袋」「子どもが飲めるよう飲ませ方の説明」などもあげられた。次回の調査では、選択肢による回答を含めることとした。家庭での与薬環境を評価できるような指標を検討するため、今後の本調査で用いる「原案」の作成を行った。予備調査の結果をもとに指標の「暫定案」を作成し、現場薬剤師を含む大学教員などの外部専門家の意見をもとに修正版を作成した。その後、保育園児の保護者の意見を反映して「原案」とした。これらを本調査に含めて検討していく。
