项目摘要

本研究では、感情制御に苦手さを有する自閉スペクトラム症者の感情制御や、その最中の脳活動を、別の視点から出来事をとらえなおす「再評価」と、生じた考えや感情を無理に押さえようとするのではなく受け入れる「受容」と呼ばれる方法に着目して明らかにすることが目的であった。精神疾患患者達を対象として、比較的認知資源を用いることなく適用することが可能であることが示唆されている「受容」という方法の、自閉スペクトラム症者における特徴を明らかにすることで、彼ら/彼女らにとって有効な感情制御方略たり得るかを検討することが目的であった。2022年度は、前年度から継続して自閉スペクトラム症者と定型発達者の感情制御に関する行動データとその最中のMRIデータの取得を行った。また、感情を惹起させるために用いた写真刺激の理解度や、個々人の個人差に関する指標(質問紙で取得した失感情症傾向や自閉スペクトラム症の傾向など)もあわせて取得した。取得したデータの一部は、解析を行い日本発達心理学会第34回大会において発表された（ポスター発表)。統制群である定型発達者では、感情制御方略ごとのネガティブ感情価の程度が、(非使用)＞(受容)>(再評価)と一般的な知見を再現していたのに対し、自閉スペクトラム症者たちでは、特に非使用と受容との間の差が少ないことが明らかになった。現状のデータでは、自閉スペクトラム症者において「受容」という感情制御方略が特に有効であるという結果は得られていないが、これは受容と関連が深い瞑想や座禅といった経験がほぼない青年を対象としていたことも関係した結果であるかもしれない。前年度から継続していた感情制御中の行動/MRIデータの取得は2022年度中で終了した。その後解析および論文化を進めている。
