本研究の第一段階として、食道アカラシアの神経システムにおける防御因子・攻撃因子の解析を予定している。現在、患者群から内視鏡下筋層切開術(POEM)術中筋層生検により食道アカラシアTypeⅠ 35例、食道アカラシアTypeⅡ 47例、食道アカラシアTypeⅢ 13例、遠位食道痙攣(DES) 5例、Jackhammer食道 5例、EGJOO　4例から筋層サンプルを採取、また対照群(コントロール)から食道外科手術の検体9例から筋層サンプルを採取している状況である。対照群の予定症例が15例を予定しており、現在症例集積中である。

In the first stage of this study, the analysis of defense factors and attack factors in esophageal dysfunction was determined. Now, the patient group included 35 cases of esophageal failure type I, 47 cases of esophageal failure type II, 13 cases of esophageal failure type III, 5 cases of distal esophageal spasm (DES), 5 cases of Jackhammer esophagus, 4 cases of EGJOO, 9 cases of esophageal surgery, and 9 cases of esophageal surgery. 15 cases of pre-defined symptoms were identified in the group.
