本研究は単施設並行群間比較試験(RCT)でSGLT2阻害薬であるダパグリフロジンによる腎性貧血改善効果について検討することを目的としている。組み入れ基準は（１）（２）を両方とも満たす患者 (1)糖尿病を合併するeGFR 15-59 ml/min/1.73 m2 の患者(2)WHOの貧血の診断基準（男性Hb 13g/dL未満、女性Hb 12g/dL未満）を満たし、かつEPO血中濃度が正常または低値の ESA・HIF-PH阻害薬非使用患者またはESAあるいはHIF-PH阻害薬使用患者である。介入はダパグリフロジンでコントロールはSGLT2阻害薬以外の糖尿病薬（主治医の判断にゆだねる）である。1.研究A （ESAあるいはHIF-PH阻害薬使用患者対象）主要評価項目：ESAあるいはHIF-PH阻害薬投与量（ESAあるいはHIF-PH阻害薬投与量は開始時投与量を100％とし比較。ESAあるいはHIF-PH阻害薬は研究期間中種類を変えない。投与量・投与間隔は各薬剤の添付文書と日本透析医学会からの慢性腎臓病に伴う腎性貧血ガイドラインに準じて投与を行う。）2.研究B（ESA/HIF-PH阻害薬非使用患者対象） 主要評価項目：Hb＜10g/dLまたはESA/HIF-PH阻害薬を投与するまでの期間。観察測定項目はHb,EPO濃度,Ｐ,Mg,Cre,血糖値,HbA1c もしくはGA, CRP,血清鉄濃度,不飽和鉄濃度,血清フェリチン濃度（以上の測定頻度は開始後1, 2, 3か月後と3か月以降は2か月に1回）。血圧,体重（以上の測定頻度は開始時より2週間は毎日自宅にて測定。開始後1, 2, 3か月後と3か月以降は2か月に1回）。血中ヘプシジン濃度,血中エリスロフェロン濃度（以上の測定頻度は開始1, 2, 3か月後）SF-36（測定頻度は開始時及び2年観の察期間終了時）。症例登録実施中。
