「摩擦・ずれによって、皮膚が避けて生じる真皮深層までの損傷（部分層創傷）」をスキン（Skin：皮膚）‐テア（Tear：断裂、引き裂く）といい、通常の医療や療養環境の中で発生する皮膚の急性創傷で、高齢者の脆弱な皮膚に発生のリスクが高い。高齢者の療養の場所である療養病床や介護療養病床を有する施設などでは、看護の専門知識を持たない援助者が日常生活援助の一端を担うことになる。本研究の目的は、療養病床や介護療養病床を有する施設で勤務する援助者の、スキン‐テアの認識やスキン‐テア発生時の具体的な状況やその時の対応について明らかにし、日常生活援助を通し、療養環境を提供する援助者に特有のスキン‐テアの予防策と看護師との連携方法を構築することである。第1段階でスキン‐テアの発生状況の調査を行う計画とし、今年度は、2021年度に文献検討で抽出した調査項目を新たに整理し、倫理申請を行った。また、研究協力施設に具体的な調査内容を伝え調査開始のための調整を行ったが、クラスターが発生し実態調査が行えなかった。次年度に調査を早急に行うとともに、第2段階で実施するインタビュー調査のための倫理申請の準備を行った。
