本研究では，うつ病により休職する労働者の復職可否の判断において，作業能力の回復度の客観的な判断指標としてブルドン抹消検査を用い，この評価が再発・再休職の防止に寄与するか検証することを目的とする．これまで，研究協力者と共同でブルドン抹消検査の簡易実施マニュアル（採点表）を作成し，実際のリワークプログラム利用者にプレ実施した．マニュアルの利便性を検証し，実施上の課題を整理し，マニュアル修正作業を行っている．研究協力施設については，引き続きリクルートを行い，データ収集に向けた準備を進めている．
