项目摘要

2022年度は看護教員のディザスターレディネス（disaster readiness：災害準備性）の実態を明らかにするための質的研究のインタビューガイドを修正するための文献検討を行った。2021年度に作成したインタビューガイドのプレテストを行い、結果を分析したところ、Covid-19への関心が高く、災害の中でも感染に関する配慮の項目を追加する必要が示唆され、より効果的な調査を行うためには文献検討を改めて行う必要があると考えられた。このため、再度文献検討を開始した。また量的な質問紙調査を行うための文献検討も合わせて継続している。質的と量的な両調査は、本研究課題で最終的な目標である看護教員のディザスターレディネスを支援するためのプログラム開発の理論的背景となるものであり、広く文献検討を行うことはより信頼性と妥当性のある調査を行うことにつながり、その調査結果の信頼性と妥当性は、作成する支援プログラムの根拠となるため、本研究課題の目標達成に欠かせないものである。2022年は文献検討の一部を学会発表した。また地域の方々に災害時の対応に関する情報の発信をする地域交流会の企画を運営した。この交流会を通じて、地域の方々との意見交換を行い、地域の方が「災害時に看護教員に求める支援」の内容について情報を得た。本研究課題は看護教員が災害時に地域の方を支援することができるようになることを目指したものであり、地域の方々が看護教員に何を求めているのかを知ることは、看護教員への教育的支援プログラムの作成に役立つものである。

The background of the theory of nursing teacher development is discussed in the literature. The investigation is conducted on the reliability and appropriateness of the investigation results. The goal of this research is not achieved. A part of the literature review in 2022 was published by the Society. Information dissemination and planning for regional exchange meetings in case of disasters The exchange meeting was held in the middle of the exchange of opinions between the regional parties, and the regional parties received information on the content of "nursing teachers seeking support during disasters." This research topic is about how to support nursing teachers in disaster situations and how to help nursing teachers in disaster situations.
