超高齢社会を迎える日本では暮らしと医療を支える看護提供システムの構築や、その実現に向けて看護師の実践能力の強化が求められている。しかし近年、看護の標準化、パターン化により看護師が思考を必要としない事態が懸念されている。看護師の思考過程に関する研究は、看護師のスペシャリストの判断やアセスメントを対象としたものが多い一方で、ジェネラリスト看護師の思考の熟達化過程とその過程に影響を及ぼす要因については明らかになっていない。本研究では新人、一人前、中堅、熟練看護師と看護師として経験を積み、熟達化していく過程での看護師の思考の特徴と看護師の思考に影響を及ぼす要因について明らかすることを目的としている。本研究において看護師の思考の熟達化の過程を明らかにすることで看護実践における看護師の思考力を向上させるための教育方法の開発が可能となり、熟練看護師の育成につながると考えられる。本研究は、①熟練看護師の思考に必要な能力・看護師の思考に影響する要因についての調査、②習熟段階による看護実践を行う際の看護師の思考の特徴についての調査の2段階で調査の実施を計画している。2022年度は、①熟練看護師の思考に必要な能力・看護師の思考に影響する要因に関する調査を郵送法による質問紙調査で実施するために、倫理申請や質問紙調査の準備を行った。また、②習熟段階による看護実践を行う際の看護師の思考の特徴についての調査に向け、担当者との打ち合わせや倫理申請の準備を行った。

This study aims to clarify the process of nurse's thinking maturity and to develop educational methods for nursing practitioners. This study includes: (1) the essential ability of skilled nurses 'thinking, the influence of nurses' thinking, the investigation of key factors,(2) the characteristics of nurses 'thinking during practice, and the investigation of two-stage investigation and implementation planning. In 2022, we will conduct (1) the necessary ability for skilled nurses to think,(2) the influence of nurses to think,(3) the key factors related to the investigation,(4) the mail method,(5) the implementation of the inquiry paper investigation,(6) the ethical application and the preparation of the inquiry paper investigation. The characteristics of nursing practitioners 'thinking during practice, investigation direction, responsibility, cooperation and preparation of ethical application are discussed.
