本研究では、病院や高齢者施設、訪問看護ステーションなどでの看護学実習先の指導者に高機能セキュリティツールを用いた看護学実習記録・指導システムの利用を拡大することで得られる利用者に対する利益面（個人情報保護）と学生の学習面（教育効果）について明らかにすることを目的としている。令和4年度は、看護学実習における記録および指導における個人情報保護を高める方法としてセキュリティツールを用いた研究の現状と課題を明らかにするため、国内外の文献検討を行い、新型コロナウイルス感染症の蔓延により、国内は臨地実習の延期が継続していたが、諸外国では徐々に従来の実習形態に戻っていることが確認できた。これらの結果を踏まえて、昨年度実施できなかった、高機能のセキュリティツールを用いた看護学実習記録および指導システムの効果を明らかにするための準備を行うことを目標として、研究者が実習指導を担当する1領域の病院・施設の指導者10名程度にアンケート調査を実施する予定であったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症が継続し、調査を予定していた実習が受け入れ中止となったため、実施ができなかった。わが国でも感染症法上の分類が5類に変更されたため、実習の受け入れが再開になることが予測される。しかし、わが国では、高齢者を多く抱える病院や介護老人福祉施設が実習先であるため、今年度も、コロナ禍以前と全く同じには戻らないと予測されるため、本研究の意義は大きいと考えられる。

In 2004, the Ministry of Health conducted a review on the status quo and issues of personal information protection in nursing practice, and confirmed the spread of new types of infectious diseases in China and abroad.
