本研究では、乳幼児のいる夫婦に密接に関わる助産師や保健師の医療保健従事者が、関わる夫婦の関係が衡平であるかを短時間で評価できるスキルを身に着け、衡平でないと判断した夫婦に支援できるための教育プログラムを開発することを目的としている。2022年度は、保健師や助産師向けに教育プログラムのプレ実施および評価を計画していたが、COVID-19の影響を受け、実施はできなかった。しかし、医療従事者が客観的指標に基づき介入できるようにするために、夫婦の公正感受性との影響因子を具体的に明らかにした。子どもの誕生後の夫婦は互いに育児や家事，仕事が公正であるかで互いを認識する特性があり、夫婦の公正感受性には，配偶者からの被害，受益，配偶者への加害に分類できる。子どもの誕生後の夫婦間暴力は増加する傾向があり、夫婦間暴力から子どもへの虐待に移行しやすい。その上、発達障害の程度、育児における協働感、夫婦間の役割葛藤も夫婦間暴力に影響しやすい。そこで、配偶者からの暴力に対する公正感受性と発達障害、育児における協働感、役割葛藤の影響を明らかにした。対象者は、1歳以上3歳以下の第1子および配偶者と同居している385名であった。データ収集は、WEB調査会社に委託した。データ収集は、終了している。当初の研究計画との変更が生じたが、より丁寧に客観的に夫婦間を評価できる可能性が高まった。2023年度に研究結果を公表予定である。
