项目摘要

2022年度の成果は、「中小規模事業所における健康格差」に関連し、「中小規模事業所での健康支援に関する文献検討」を行い、今後取り組むべき研究上の課題検討のための示唆を得たことである。当初、「中小規模事業所（または中小企業）における禁煙支援」「中小規模事業所（または中小企業）における禁煙プログラム」「中小規模事業所（または中小企業）における禁煙対策」について文献検討を行っていたが、事例報告に留まっていたため、検索の範囲を広げることとした。なお、文献検討の範囲は、健康日本21（第二次）で健康格差の縮小が基本的方向として示された、2013年以降とした。その結果、「メンタルヘルス」については2015年のストレスチェックの義務化以降に、「両立支援」については2016年にガイドラインが示されたことにより、研究が進んでいると推察された。また、今後、中小規模事業所に関する研究を進めていく上では、中小規模事業所として一括りにするのではなく、「従業員規模」や「職場風土や職場環境」、「産業保健スタッフの有無」、「単独事業所と大企業の支社・支店・営業所の違い」を考慮した検討を行う必要性が示唆された。以上については、「国内における中小規模事業所での健康支援に関する研究の動向」として、日本公衆衛生学会にて発表した。また、本研究に関連する研究として昨年度から開始した、「20歳代男性が入職後に喫煙を開始し、喫煙が習慣化するプロセス」に関する研究については、日本産業衛生学会で発表した。その後、さらに分析を進め、今後の禁煙支援のあり方について、研究協力者間での情報収集を兼ねて、日本公衆衛生看護学会にてワークショップを開催した。ワークショップはコロナ禍ではあったが、30名以上の参加があり、本テーマに関する関心の高さが窺えた。
