本年度は、昨年度の研究実績を踏まえ、実際に学校現場で心身の自己調整及び目標設定に関する教育プログラムを実施した。東海地方にあるA市の全9校の1年生、2年生を対象にし、A中学校を介入群（分析対象：63名）、それ以外の中学校を統制群（分析対象：805名）とした。介入群となる学校では、1、2年生の計4クラスに対して合同オンライン授業を3回行い、休息の重要性やアクションプランの実施・継続をサポートする内容を教授した。また、対象者は日々ICTツールを使用し、自らの心身の状態のモニタリング、日々の活動の振り返り、アクションプランの決定を行なった。統制群となる中学校には、A中学校で介入に用いたテキストを配布し、各学校の担任教員による実施に任せた。介入期間は11月末から1月末の２ヶ月間であった。結果として、介入プログラムに対して62％の生徒が有用性を実感していた。一方で、介入群と統制群において心身の健康度に関する有意な分析結果は得られなかった。また、自尊感情や主体的な学びに関する項目においても有意な差は確認されなかった。この原因として、アンケート実施の時期の課題が考えられる。全市的なアンケート実施にあたり、学校側との連携がスムーズにいかず、介入が始まってから、及び、介入期間終了後時間が経ってからのアンケート実施となってしまった。新年度においては、アンケート実施時期の調整を踏まえ、更なる介入研究を実施する予定である。
