本研究の目的は、コロナウイルス感染症のパンデミックが日本において中国系高度労働者に与えた影響を調査し、雇用状況および移住意識の変化を実証的に明らかにすることを目的とする。具体的には、以下の点に焦点を当てて研究を進めている。①雇用状況の変化：コロナ禍における経済の停滞や業界の変化が中国系高度労働者の雇用に与えた影響を明らかにする。例えば、失業率の上昇や労働条件の変化といった雇用の安定性や賃金に関する要素を分析する。②キャリア意識変化：コロナ禍による雇用状況の変化が中国系高度労働者のキャリア意識やキャリアパスに与えた影響を検討する。特に、スキルの需要・供給の変化や転職意欲の変動など、キャリア形成に関わる要素を考察する。③移住意識と留まり意向：コロナ禍により、中国系高度労働者の日本での移住意識や留まり意向に変化が生じた可能性を探求する。社会的状況の変化や安全・安心面への影響、将来のキャリア展望などに着目し、移住意識や留まり意向の要因を分析する。本研究では、日本企業で働いている外国人労働者（中国系ニューカマー高度労働者を含む）を対象とした量的調査データを分析し、コロナ以前に彼らの就業状況や移住意識（職種、年収、海外との関連業務、勤務状態、今後の日本での就労見込みなど）およびそれらの要因を検討している。次に、中国人の調査対 象を特定してインタビューを行い、コロナ影響による彼らの雇用状況および移住意識に関するデータを収集して質的に分析している。これにより、雇用状況変化と移住意識変化の関連を、国際労働市場や異文化適応の視点から総合的に分析することに進めている。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of high unemployment in China on the development of infectious diseases in Japan, employment status, and migration awareness. Specific, the following points focus on when the study is carried out. (1) Changes in employment conditions: changes in employment conditions in China, which is highly competitive, and changes in the industry. For example, the factors related to the increase of unemployment rate and employment stability are analyzed. 2. Change of consciousness: Change of employment status in China is highly influenced by change of consciousness and influence. The factors related to the formation of special needs, supply changes and job desires are examined. (3) Migration consciousness and intention to stay: China is a highly developed country, and Japan's migration consciousness and intention to stay are explored. Analysis of key factors affecting social conditions, safety and security, future prospects, focus, migration awareness, and retention intentions This study analyzes the survey data of foreign workers in Japanese enterprises (including those in China), and discusses the key factors of their employment status and migration awareness (occupation, annual income, overseas related business, service status, and future Japanese employment). Second, China people's investigation target is specific to the situation, the impact of the situation, and migration awareness related to the situation. The analysis of the relationship between employment change and migration awareness change, the integration of different cultural perspectives in international markets, and the development of new technologies.
