项目摘要

令和4年度は、ケベック・フランス語の教科書のコーパス構築を重点的に進めた。2022年8月にはケベック州立文書館でイマージョン教育用のフランス語教科書やケベック州政府の助成によって作成されたフランス語教科書の調査を行った。また、モントリオール大学とコンコルディア大学の研究者と面談することで、今後の研究方針についてアドバイスを得ることができた。特にコンコルディア大学では、フランス語教科書の作成者との面談も行い、ケベック州での第二言語としてのフランス語教育の現状について情報を得ることができた。構築を進めている教科書コーパスに基づき、教科書で使用されるケベック・フランス語に特有な語彙特徴やその反映方法について分析を行った。この分析から、2010年代にケベック州で出版された教科書には、ケベック・フランス語に特有な語彙が幅広く反映されていることが明らかになった。語彙は標準的なものと非標準的なものの両方が使用されており、特に非標準的な語彙にはそれがインフォーマルな話し言葉で使用されるという説明がついていたり、標準的な語彙が同時に示されるといった何らかの情報付加が行われていることを示した。この分析結果については2022年10月に日本ケベック学会2022年度全国大会で報告を行った。今後は新しく入手した教科書のデータを加えたコーパスを基に、データ処理・分析を進める。また、得られた研究成果を発表するために論文を執筆する予定である。以上に加えて、一般向けの書籍に、ケベック・フランス語の歴史およびケベック州で出版されるフランス語教科書の最近の傾向についての解説を執筆した。
