项目摘要

本研究は、戦後復興期の広島における「生存」の問題について、新たに構築し、その展開可能性を追究することで、広島戦後史を再検討することを目的とする。本研究は、戦後復興期の戦争被害者の生活問題について、被爆後を生きることをめぐる人々の思考・行動・つながりを明らかにし、新たな広島戦後史像を立ち上げることを目指すこのである。2022年度では、歴史学における「生存」論の現状と課題について、先行研究を通じ整理作業を行いつつ、以下の課題に取り組んだ。本年度は主に、前年に予備的な調査を実施していた、戦後失業対策事業の従事した経験をもつ女性に対するインタビュー調査を実施した。インタビューは広島市内にて合計4回実施した。また、広島、東京にて関連文献資料の収集を行った。具体的には、広島市立中央図書館、国立国会図書館、大原社会問題研究所にて、戦後広島における失業対策事業と戦災都市復興との関係にかかわる資料収集を実施した。これらを総合し、論文（西井麻里奈「戦後広島の失業対策事業 1950年代の戦災都市復興と失対労働者（『大原社会問題研究所雑誌』（770）特集「戦後失業対策事業・失対労働者の史的再検討」）を発表した。また、当初の研究計画【C】に該当する被爆者相談事業について、東京の被爆者団体である「東友会」について、関係者に面会するなど、予備的な調査を実施し、資料の活用可能性について検討を行った。以上による研究計画の変化については後述する。
