2022年度は，（1）前年度に作成した基本モデルの精査，（2）国際貿易への拡張可能性，および（3）日本版O-NETの利用可能性についての検討を行った。（1）の基本モデルの精査であるが，2021年度に作成した複数スキル下に失業を導入する基本モデルから失業や賃金への影響を確認することができた。企業が求めるスキルの組み合わせを持つ労働者は失業の確率が大きく減少するが，そうでない労働者の失業率は上昇し，賃金も減少する傾向がある。しかし，複数のスキルを持つ労働者と複数のスキルのある組み合わせを必要とする企業とのマッチング問題をどう構築していくかが，大きく結果に影響を及ぼすことがわかった。どの失業モデルを採用するかは，現実の労働市場および労働市場に関する実証研究などを参考にして，論文の中で十分に検討する必要性がある。（2）の国際貿易は，失業を導入しても能力分布の違いによる国際貿易への結果に大きな影響を及ぼさないことがわかった。とある能力の分布が偏った方を重視する産業に比較優位を持ち，その産業の生産量が増加して海外に輸出するようになる。しかし，労働市場の性質の違いや賃金については産業およびタスクレベルで慎重に検討する必要がある。また，貿易コストの低下による段階的な貿易自由化による影響も検討していくべきである。（3）の日本版O-NETは，本研究の複数の「能力」を適切に反映されているものの，O-NETが「職種」に焦点当てていることに対して，本研究は「職種」よりも「タスク」に焦点を当てているため，「職種」と「タスク」の接続がうまく行われているかを確認してデータ整理していく必要があることがわかった。
