コロナ禍による海外調査の制約を受け、当初計画を大幅に修正してきている。初年度にあたる2022年度は、研究テーマであるフィリピンの教育制度改革に関する理解を深めるため、同制度下の就学指標の推移などに関する分析を勧めた。特に、中等教育だけでなくこれに接続する就学前教育課程・初等教育課程の変化動向も併せて理解しておくことがまず必要と判断し、それらの指標の相関分析などを進めてきている。これらの理解のもとに中等教育の改革のアウトカムの理解がはかどるものと思料している。また、男女間格差や地域間格差などが就学指標において大きいこともフィリピンの特徴であることが分かり、これらの背景に関する考察も不可欠と判明してきている。

The original plan has been greatly revised due to the restriction of overseas investigation. In the first year of 2022, we studied the relationship between the reform of education system and the development of education indicators under the same system. Special and secondary education courses are connected to the development trend of preschool education curriculum and primary education curriculum, and the relevant analysis of necessary judgment and indicators is carried out. The reform of secondary education in China is a new trend in the field of education. The differences between men and women and between regions are not obvious in the study index.
