项目摘要

当該年度については、大きく次の３つのことに取り組んだ。第１に、組織スティグマ研究に関する先行研究のレビュー。第２に、アイデンティティ・ワーク研究に関する先行研究のレビュー。第３に、独裁的リーダーシップ研究についてのレビューと理論的考察。第４に、インクルージョン研究についてのレビューと理論的考察、である。第１の組織スティグマ研究については、本研究課題が取り扱う中心的概念である組織スティグマに関するものであり、これをレビューすることは本研究課題を全体的に推進するうえで必要なものであった。第２のアイデンティティ・ワーク研究については、スティグマを付与された個人や集団のレジリエンスを考察するうえで検討が必要な研究領域である。第３の独裁的リーダーシップ研究については、組織において個人や集団へのスティグマ付与を促進しうるものとして独裁的リーダーシップをとらえたことから、レビューおよび理論的考察を行った。第４のインクルージョン研究については、スティグマが付与される場合と対照的な状態としてインクルージョンに着目したことから、レビューと理論的考察を行った。第１および第２の点については、今後の論文への取り込みを目指して作業を進めた。第３の点については、独裁的リーダーシップ概念の下位概念の整理と弁別を行い、その中でも特に圧政的リーダーシップに着目して、これがもたらす影響について考察を行った。この成果については、組織学会2022年度研究発表大会において発表を行った。第４の点については、職場内におけるライバル関係が個人の創造性にポジティブに関係するメカニズムにインクルージョンがおよぼす影響を考察した。これについては、海外学会での発表に投稿し、査読を通過した（7月に学会発表予定）。
