職業的アセスメントの実施効果を測定するために、改訂版・就労支援のための知識とスキルに関するチェックリスト（Self-Assessment for Students and Counselors-Revised: SASC-R）を原著者との間でのバックトランスレーションを通じて翻訳した。このSASC-Rを全国の障害者就業・生活支援センター336所に対して実施し、信頼性や妥当性の確認を実施した。この種の支援者の就労支援に関する知識及びスキルを把握するチェックリストは、日本において見当たらず、今回の研修の効果測定のみならず、就労支援者のコンピテンシーの検討に向けて重要な指標となることが期待できる。次に、これまでの職業的アセスメントに関連した文献（『職業的アセスメントハンドブック』及び『就労アセスメント実施マニュアル』など）に基づき、研修内容の素案を作成した。この研修については、予備的に職業的アセスメントの活用が見込まれる特別支援学校教員に対して、オンデマンド90分と対面90分のハイブリットで実施された。結果、就労支援に携わらないが職業的アセスメントの支援が生徒の進路指導において求められる教員において、研修内容の効果が確認できた。その一方で、職業的アセスメントの円滑な実施においては、就労支援の基盤的な知識の必要性も課題として示唆された。それだけでなく、この研修プログラムは、就労支援者のみならず、移行支援に携わる特別支援学校教員の教育実践における視点としても活用できる可能性も示唆された。今後の就労支援者に対する研修プログラムの構築に向けては、研修内容、研修時間などのあり方について継続的な検討が必要であると考えられた。既存の研修プログラムに関する情報収集や就労支援者等からの意見を収集しつつ、さらなる改善を図っていくこととする。
