项目摘要

本研究で最も着眼している共作業について，国外論文12本，国内論文1本から「共作業を行う上で生じる身体性・情緒性・志向性の３領域に含まれる構成要素に関するスコーピングレビュー」を行い，各領域の構成要素を明らかにした．共作業とは，複数の人が関わり，互いが主体として相互作用を及ぼしながら行う作業を指す．本レビューを行った結果，採用された13件の論文のうち，国内論文が１本であったことからも，我が国における共作業の認知度や理解が未だ不十分であることが明らかとなった．また，研究デザインとして，質的研究が最も多く，今後はこれらの知見を基盤とする量的研究を行う必要性が示唆された．レビューから，共作業を構成する3領域において身体性の構成要素として13項目，情緒性の構成要素として25項目，志向性の構成要素として33項目が抽出できた．身体性の構成要素はAssessment of Motor and Process SkillsやThe Evaluation of Social Interactionで評価される作業遂行の技能が多く含まれていた．一方で，情緒性・志向性は身体性に比べ多くの構成要素が抽出されており，共作業の持つ複雑性を表していると考えられた．情緒性・志向性の複雑さが示す点として，これらの要素は臨床場面において，作業療法士の経験に強く依存していた部分と考えられたため，これらの領域が可視化されたことで，作業療法士が対象者の内面を理解する際の一助となることが期待できた．

This study focuses on the co-operation of the three domains, i.e., physical, emotional, and aspirational. There are 12 foreign papers and 1 domestic paper. A group of people interact with each other, and the group of people interact with each other. This paper is based on the results of 13 papers, one of which is domestic paper, and the recognition and understanding of the total work of our country are not very good. In the future, the necessity of quantitative research on knowledge and knowledge will be demonstrated. There are three areas in which physical components, emotional components and aspiring components are extracted. Physical component elements include Assessment of Motor and Process Skills and The Evaluation of Social Interaction. On the one hand, emotional, aspirational, physical, and more constituent elements are extracted from each other. The emotional and emotional aspects of the treatment are reflected in the clinical situation, and the occupational therapist is strongly dependent on the treatment.
