项目摘要

本年は本研究課題全体のベースにあたる研究（研究１）を実施した。この研究の目的は，介護者を対象とする家族療法の有用性・課題を明らかにすることである，大きく分けて２つの調査・分析を行なった（研究１－１，研究１－２）。１つ目の調査・分析（研究１－１）では，主に支援者の視点からその有用性や課題を示すことを目指し，介護者を対象とした家族療法事例の検討を実施した。具体的には２つのデータ収集を行った。まず行ったのは文献研究であった。文献の検索・読み込み，またこれらをふまえ認知症の語りのアーカイブにアクセスする準備を行った。並行して行ったのは，臨床において家族介護者と関わった経験を有する家族療法家からのデータ収集であった。学会での情報収集や家族療法家とのディスカッション等を行った。いずれのデータについても，分析と追加のデータ収集を継続中である。２つ目の調査・分析（研究１－２）では，介護者が家族療法を含む心理援助を受けた体験を描き出すことを目指し，本年は介護者・介護経験者を対象としたWeb調査を行った。結果402件の回答を得た。このうち被介護者およびその他家族との関係に関する悩みや困難を経験しているケースは，それぞれ189件(47.0%)，139件（34.6%）であり，いずれも精神的健康との関連が見られた。一方被介護者や家族への気持ちの整理や関わり方についての助言を得た経験があるケースは79件(29.5%)に留まった。この結果について論文執筆を継続中である。
