自閉スペクトラム症は神経発達症のひとつで、社会的コミュニケーション・対人関係の困難さ、強いこだわりや限られた興味を持つ障害である。障害による特性や困り感は一様ではなく、個々の患者に応じたテイラー型の対応が必要とされてる。また、ASDを有する子どもへの治療では、本人に対してはもちろん、その養育に関わる親や支援者への介入も重要である。コロナ禍以前の本邦では、多くが対面によるグループ介入で行われており、遠隔介入はあまり行われてこなかった。しかしコロナ禍以降、外出やPTの実施も制限され、従来のような支援提供ができない状況が続いていた。本研究は、自閉スペクトラム症を持つ学童期子どもの母親向けペアレントトレーニングをTV会議システムを用いて実施し、パイロットRCTによる効果検証を行う。評価項目、子どもの行動問題、母親のストレス・養育自信度、親子の関わりについて、介入による改善が見られるかを質問紙と行動観察により検討する。2022年度は、TV会議式ペアレントトレーニングプログラム（PT)の使用マテリアルの準備、アウトカム評価方法についての準備を行なった。また、TV会議式の接続方法について予備調査を行なった。従来の対面式PTの持つファシリテーターと参加者間のリアルタイムのグループ介入の場をTV会議式介入でも実践するために、遠隔でもわかりやすいコンテンツ、参加者が取り組みやすいホームワーク、接続環境について具体的に検討した。今後、リクルート、データ収集、介入を行なっていく予定である。
