项目摘要

本研究課題は、「切れ目ない子育て支援」を目指し、国が整備を進めているにもかかわらず、整備が始まって間もないため、施設計画研究の蓄積が十分でない、産後ケア施設を対象に、「病院型」「助産所型」「独自施設」の実施施設類型ごとに、最適な空間モデルを提示することである。今年度は第一段階として、産後ケア施設の使用実態を把握するため、全国調査に向けたアンケート作成を進めた。具体的には、アンケート項目の検討を目的とした、4施設への実地調査を行った。施設類型としてはいずれも先駆的な取り組みを行っている「助産所型」1件、「独自施設」3件である。「病院型」についてはコロナ禍のため、来院しての調査が実施できなかったため、次年度以降追加調査を行う。調査は、図面、パンフレット及び、利用状況データ等の収集、写真撮影、管理者へのインタビューを実施した。調査の結果、個室の設え方にはテレビ、シャワー、トイレなどの設備に違いがみられたこと、就寝方法についてもベッド利用と敷布団利用の２種類がみられた。また、産後ケア施設は6か月児までを対象としているところが多くみられ、この点は新生児のみしか扱わない助産所や産院と大きな違いであることから、乳児の一時預かり場所の設置方法や、人員配置に苦労している様子が浮かび上がった。これらのプレ調査の内容から研究課題を絞り込み、今後実施する全国の産後ケア施設を対象としたアンケート調査項目に反映させていく予定である。
