项目摘要

本研究では，公的統計を機械判読可能かつ統一的に扱うことができるe-Stat APIを用いて，属性の生成に使用する統計データと手法，及び，属性の生成順を決定する手法を開発する．また，生成されたエージェントと統計表とを比較し，その精度を評価する．そのために，① 国勢調査を対象にエージェントを生成するために必要な統計表や手法，生成順を決定する手法を開発し，その手法を用いてエージェントを生成する．次に，② 生成したエージェントと国勢調査の統計表と比較し精度を評価する．これらによってエージェント生成に必要なデータと手法，及び，生成順とその精度を明らかにする．2022年度では，①と②の両手法のプロトタイプの作成に取り組んだ．①では多くの属性をもつエージェントを生成するために，まず，限られた属性をもつエージェントを生成する手法を開発した．具体的には，ある都道府県に属するすべての市区町村の人口を同時に合成する手法を開発した．従来手法では，都道府県単位でしか得られない統計表を調整し使用していた．したがって，珍しい属性をもつ少数の世帯が合成できないという課題があった．統計表の調整を避ける提案手法により珍しい属性をもつ少数の世帯を含めて合成することが可能な手法を開発した．②では，合成された集団と合成対象の集団の類似度を評価する手法を開発した．国勢調査の調査票である実個票データの利活用は困難である．これまで，実統計表と，合成人口データから集計される統計表の各統計量の差を用いて評価していた．提案手法では，まず，実統計表から仮想都市の人口を作成し，このデータを用いて統計表を集計する．この統計表を用いて人口合成することで，従来の評価手法である統計量の差に基づく評価ができるとともに，合成された個票データと統計表集計に使用した個票データを比較することが可能になった．
