令和4年度は急性大動脈解離についての疫学的な研究について解析・論文執筆・雑誌への投稿を行った。現在ＪＡＣＣ Advanceで査読中の状態である。本研究では今まで研究が困難であった、病院前死亡症例を死後ＣＴ検査を用いてエントリーする事に成功した事で、女性で急性大動脈解離を発症すると多くが病院にたどるつく前に亡くなっており、今まで男性に多い病気であると信じられていたが、女性と男性の発症率には差がないことを示した。英文校正の費用として科研費を用いた。また、延岡病院・熊本大学病院へ訪問し、研究課題についての会議を行った。延岡病院からはコロナウイルスのパンデミックによる心血管疾患の発症についての検討のアイディアもでており、今後その点も合わせて検討できればと思っている。延岡病院での研究環境の整備のためEndoNoteを購入した。
