2022 年度はOPLL 確定診断例あるいは非OPLL 頚椎症例に前方固定術を行った場合、術中にサンプル採取を行う予定であった。後縦靭帯組織を液体窒素に冷凍保存し、規定のサンプル数を採取後にリン酸化プロテオミクス解析に供する予定としている。現在6例の患者サンプルを保存しており、今後最低2例のサンプルを追加する予定である。

In 2022, the diagnosis of OPLL was confirmed, and the diagnosis of non-OPLL was confirmed. After the tissue is frozen in liquid, the specified number of samples is selected, and the predetermined number of samples is determined. 6 cases are saved, and 2 cases will be added in the future.
