口腔領域へ培養鼻腔粘膜上皮細胞シートを被覆することによる創部の治療効果および移植細胞の挙動の解析、創傷治癒に関する有効性を検証することが目的である。開口器の選択、使用方法を確認し、口腔領域損傷モデルラット作製方法を検討した。ヌードラット、SDラット、F344ラットの切断面、切断組織、正常組織のHE染色を行い組織の確認を行った。今後、それぞれ免疫組織学化学染色の条件検討をする予定である。
