「ビーコンとモバイル端末を用いた無人タイムスタディから得られる大量の業務動線データに対し，消費者動線研究で用いられている機械学習等のアプローチを応用することで，看護師の業務動線長と業務動線パターンに影響を与える因子を特定し，業務整理等の実務に応用する」という目的において最も重要となるのは，無人タイムスタディを実施して大量の業務動線データを収集することである．当該年度においては，予定した全てのタイムスタディを実施するまではいかなかったが，10病棟において無人タイムスタディを実施し，約300人の看護師の業務動線データを収集することができた．2022年度の実施計画に基づいて，稼働率やオペ件数，ナースコール件数などの業務動線長に関係ある可能性の高いデータを電子カルテログから抽出した．また，勤務帯や時間帯と業務動線長の関係を可視化し，その結果を無人タイムスタディを実施した病棟に開示した．この分析において，業務動線長の曜日特性や時間特性があることがわかった．無人タイムスタディの実施が予定よりも遅れているため，2022年度に予定していた相関分析までは行えていないが，その代わりに業務動線を可視化するプログラムを作成した．これにより，全ての勤務帯の全ての勤務者の業務動線を可視化することが可能となり，実際に病棟の業務改善のためのデータとして活用した．計画一年目の段階で，調査の結果を実務へ応用できたことは，非常に意義があると考える．
