项目摘要

本研究の目的は日々重症化が進む急性期病院において既に数値化されている「患者イベント(手術・検査)と人数」「病棟繁忙情報」と「看護師の人数・看護師情報(看護師の能力・経験)」間の相互関係が「医療の質指標」「看護師の労務状況」に与える影響を分析し、その結果から「急性期病院おける1日に必要な“看護師の人数・看護師情報”を予測するスケールを開発」することである。予測スケールとは患者の重症度や患者のイベント（検査、手術など）に応じてどの程度の看護師の配置が必要か予測可能とするスケールである。急性期病院は急速な高齢化、救急医療、災害医療、高度医療に対応するため看護管理者は病棟マネジメントを行なっている。しかし、急性期病院では患者の変化が著しく、1日に必要とされる看護師の人数や看護師の能力・経験については状況に応じた対応が求められる。現時点では、看護師人数を確保するための診療報酬制度はある。しかし、病棟の変化に対応した看護師の人数や看護師の能力・経験を考慮したものではない。現場では日々、病棟の変化に対応するため看護管理者が経験知により病棟間で相互支援しており、「医療の質と看護師の労務状況の維持」に難渋している。今回開発するスケールを使用することにより、1日に必要な“看護師の人数・看護師情報”を予測することが可能となる。そして、日々著しく変化する病棟の状況に対応する看護管理者が病棟運営する際の一助となることが期待される。

The patient's condition is expected to be monitored by the care manager during the patient's operation.
