项目摘要

低強度身体活動は、倦怠感等で運動に困難を感じる大腸がんサバイバーでも継続して実施できるため、実現可能で有益な手段として期待が集まっている。本研究では、加速度計による低強度身体活動測定とQOL調査を行い、大腸がんサバイバーの低強度身体活動とQOLの関連を明らかにすることを目的としている。令和3年度は、対象者のリクルートを開始した。Actigraph wGT3X-BT、Sedentary behavior and light-intensity physical activity questionnaireによる身体活動測定、SF-12によるQOL測定を行い、データ収集を開始した。同時に、がんサバイバーを対象とした低強度身体活動の身体的・精神的健康関連アウトカムに関する効果についてシステマティックレビューを行い、この領域におけるエビデンスを整理した。1次・2次スクリーニングを行い、質評価、レビュー表による分析を行った。これにより、次のようなことが明らかになった。①乳がんまたは複数のがんを対象とした調査が多くを占めており、その他に大腸がん、肺がん、頭頚部がん、前立腺がんが調査されていた。②主にQOL、疲労感、抑うつ、肥満、身体機能、睡眠、死亡率への効果について調査されており、調査によって一部結果が異なっていた。③大腸がんサバイバーにおいては、質問紙による低強度身体活動測定で占められており、特に客観的測定による研究がなかった。以上のことから、がんサバイバーの低強度身体活動についてはより多くの調査を行い、その効果について明確にしていく必要性が示唆された。
