女性の妊娠期の状況、特にストレスや就労は、妊娠合併症や低出生体重児などと関連していることが、先行研究で報告されている。報告者は、過去、東京都内で実施した先行研究において、低出生体重児のリスクファクターとなるのは「妊娠期の労働」であり、特に「妊娠期の週平均労働時間の長さ」であることを示した。しかし、2020年以降のCOVID-19の流行とそれによる生活様式の変化が、妊娠期の労働のあり方等に影響をあたえている可能性が高い。本研究は、疫学研究によりCOVID-19の影響下での就労妊婦の生活や労働が母子の健康に与える影響について明らかにし、妊娠期の労働のあり方、母性保護の効果的な方法を検討することを目的とした。初年度である2022年度は、①妊娠期の労働と母子の健康に関する追加(COVID-19の影響含む)の文献調査と、②COVID-19影響下での妊娠期の労働と母子の健康に関するインタビューによる質的研究（国内：妊娠期に就労していた母親と、産婦人科医や助産師）③労務管理と母性保護に関する質的研究（国内：企業の人事・労務など、妊娠期の労働の現状を把握する専門家）を行う予定だった。このうち①の文献収集と分析は実施できた。これらは2023年度に学会発表、ないしは論文として報告する予定である。一方で、②の妊娠期の労働と母子の健康に関する質的研究、また③の企業の労務管理についての質的研究は、対面でのインタビューという調査方法の性質上、また対象者がCOVID-1９流行状況に影響を受けやすい立場、ないしは職種であることから、COVID-19の影響で実施が困難であった。必要な人数分のデータを収集しきれず、次年度に継続実施する必要がある。

The status of pregnancy in women, special conditions, complications of pregnancy, and low birth weight are reported in this paper. The reporter pointed out that in the past, the pilot study conducted in Tokyo City showed that the low birth weight caused by pregnancy was especially long. The COVID-19 epidemic after 2020 is likely to change in lifestyle and pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of COVID-19 on maternal health, maternal health, and maternal health. In the first year of 2022, we added: ① Pregnancy and maternal health (2) Qualitative research on the relationship between pregnancy and maternal health under the influence of COVID-19 (Domestic: pregnant women, midwives, midwives)(3) Quality research on maternal protection and management (Domestic: enterprise personnel, business management, pregnant women, midwives) This paper analyzes the literature collection and implementation of this method. The 2023 Annual Report of the Society is scheduled. On the one hand, qualitative research on maternal and child health during pregnancy, qualitative research on business management of enterprises, the nature of investigation methods, the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on target, and the implementation of COVID-19 impact are difficult. The number of people required to complete the survey is expected to increase next year.
