项目摘要

【研究の目的】本研究は、虐待的育児リスクのある母親に対してストレングスモデルを適用しその効果を検証することを目的としている。近年、精神保健領域においては当事者の問題（弱み）ではなくストレングス（強み）を活かしたストレングスモデルを土台にした支援に重点が置かれている。このストレングスモデルを適用すると、対象者自身が自らの問題解決能力に気づき、エンパワメントされていくと考えられている。虐待的育児リスクのある母親にストレングスモデルを基盤にした介入を行い、その効果を評価し、最終的には虐待的育児防止支援方法を開発しようと考えている。【研究実績の概要】まず、虐待的育児リスクのある母親の育児プロセスにおけるストレングスの把握のために2つのことを行った、①公的機関が主催している、育児不安が強い母親のための育児教室にスタッフとして参加し、それら母親の子供との接し方や不安の内容について参加観察法にて把握した。②抑うつ状態あるいはボンディング障害のある育児中の母親9名に育児についての面接を行った。得られたデータは、GTAを用いて分析中である。今後は分析を完了し、それらの結果を踏まえて次の段階である看護介入の計画を進めていく予定である。
