项目摘要

高齢精神障害者の退院先として期待されている高齢者施設で働く援助職者への高齢精神障害者の地域移行・地域生活を支援するための多職種・多機関連携・協働に関するインタビューから、高齢者施設における連携・協働の現状を明らかにし、高齢精神障害者への地域包括ケアに向けた連携・協働の課題やあり方を考察することで、老年期を迎えた高齢精神障害者の健やかな生活への支援につなげていく予定である。研究開始当初より、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響を考慮し、対象施設や対象者の感染状況、感染予防・感染拡大防止を優先し、インタビューを延期することが続いた。その都度、対象施設とコンタクトをとりながら実施していった。2022年度は、養護老人ホーム、軽費老人ホームの計６施設の援助職者、計24名にインタビューを実施した。インタビュー参加者の職種・役職としては、施設責任者4名、福祉・介護職（生活相談員・生活支援員など）15名、医療職（看護師）5名であった。高齢者施設に勤務する職種の割合として福祉・介護職が多いため、インタビュー参加者も福祉・介護職が多かった。インタビューでは、施設内での援助職者同士の連携・協力体制、施設外での医療機関や役所との連携・協働、地域ぐるみの交流、家族とのつながりなどに関するさまざまな体験が語られた。一方で、多職種・多機関連携・協働への困難さも語られた。施設の状況によって体験はさまざまであり、類似している体験もあれば異なっている体験もあった。現在、インタビューを実施しながら、同時進行で分析を実施している。
