本年度は健康成人男性におけるとろみ調整食品とのシプロフロキサシンの薬物動態比較試験を立案し、特定臨床研究として、申請書類の作成及び実施に向けた協力部署との連携の調整を図った。また、本研究において重要な部分となる臨床研究の実施に向けて特定臨床研究に必要な申請資料の作成及び臨床研究審査委員会での審査を行い、シプロフロキサシンととろみ水の健康成人における薬物動態への影響を検討した。シプロフロキサシンの薬物血中濃度については、測定方法について、文献や協力部署との調整を図ったが、思うように測定手技の確立までは進めることはできず、外部の測定機関等の検討なども進めてくこととした。薬物動態データ等に関しても解析を進め、学会発表や論文作成も取り組んでいく計画である。
