2022年度は①倫理申請手続き、②実験・データ測定、③学会発表を行った。①倫理申請手続き：各研究施設にて倫理書類作成手続きを行った。現時点で5施設(川崎医科大学附属病院、高知大学病院、名古屋大学病院、石川病院、橋本病院)で承認が得られており、1施設（広島大学病院）は申請手続き中である。②実験・データ測定：各施設にて研究プロトコルに従い日本語版Ｓｐｅｅｃｈ　Ｈａｎｄｉｃａｐ　Ｉｎｄｅｘ（ＳＨＩ）と音声データ録音(北風と太陽、Ｏｒａｌ　ＤｉａｄｏｃｈｏＫｉｅｎｔｉｃ　Ａｂｉｌｉｔｙ)を実施した。現時点で器質性構音障害25例(口腔がん、中咽頭がん)、運動障害性構音障害28例（痙性子運障害、弛緩性構音障害、運動低下性構音障害、一側性上位運動ニューロン障害など）、健常者（コントロール群）67例実施している。③学会発表：6月3日に開催予定の第40回日本顎顔面補綴学会総会・学術大会の教育研修会内にて「顎顔面補綴治療における構音機能評価」、8月20～23日に開催予定の３２ｎｄ　Ｗｏｒｌｄ　Ｃｏｎｇｒｅｓｓ　ｏｆ　ｔｈｅ　ＩＡＬＰ　２０２３にて一般演題「Ｄｅｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔ　ｏｆ　ｔｈｅ　Ｊａｐａｎｅｓｅ　ｖｅｒｓｉｏｎ　ｏｆ　ｔｈｅ　Ｓｐｅｅｃｈ　」を発表予定となっており、その演題登録を行った。

(2) Measurement of sound quality: Research on each facility: Japanese Speech Handicap Index (SHI) and Sound Quality Recording (North Wind and Sun, Oral DiadochoKientic Ability) are implemented. At present, 25 cases of organic dysarthria (oral cavity, middle throat), 28 cases of motor dysarthria (spasmodic dysarthria, flaccid dysarthria, hypokinetic dysarthria, unilateral superior motor dysarthria) and 67 cases of normal dysarthria (contusion) were treated.③ Learn to express: On June 3rd, the 40th Japan Society of Maxillofacial Prosthetics Conference and Academic Conference will be held to promote the evaluation of the articulation function of maxillofacial prostheses, and on August 20th to 23rd, the 32nd World Congress of the IALP 2023 will be held to promote the general topic "Development of the Japanese version of the Speech."
