本研究では，入院時に精神科作業療法（Occupational therapy, OT）を行った統合失調症患者の退院後1年間の社会生活状況を後方視的に調査し，その違いに対する精神科OTプログラムの組み合わせと患者の行動特徴の影響を分析・検討する．そして，患者の退院後の社会生活状況を予測する精神科OT評価尺度を開発することを目的としている．2022年度は，まず過去に入院した患者の情報および所見を収集し，退院後の社会生活状況（就労や通所型医療機関への通所等）を後方視的に調査し，社会生活状況の違いに対する精神科OTプログラムの組み合わせを検証することとした．検証にあたり，情報収集の対象を2016年2月から2020年3月までに当院に入院し，精神科OTの処方を受けた患者全例とした．実臨床では，精神科OTは統合失調症のみならずうつ病，双極性障害などをセッション内で一様に対象とする疾患横断的な療法である．そのため，統合失調症患者のみのデータを収集して解析を行うよりも，患者全例を対象とした方が，社会生活活動状況に対する精神科OTプログラムの影響についての疾患による違いや実臨床が反映され，より研究目的に合致すると考えた．この検討には，当院精神神経科医師や臨床心理士からの協力も得た．結果的に情報収集の対象数が6倍以上に増えたため，データ解析開始が遅れることとなった．また，年度内には日本精神神経学会に参加し，研鑽した．現在は，患者の情報収集・入力・確認作業を完了させ予備解析を実施している．先の検討通り，社会生活活動状況に対する精神科OTプログラムの影響についての疾患による違いを明らかにし，今年度は各学会にて発表し，論文公表を行う予定である．

The purpose of this study was to investigate the social status of schizophrenic patients treated with occupational therapy (OT) at admission and to analyze the effects of OT on behavioral characteristics of schizophrenic patients during the first year after discharge. In 2022, the information of patients admitted to hospital was collected and the social life status of patients discharged from hospital was estimated.(For example, in the case of a medical institution of the type of communication, etc.), the investigation of the social life situation is carried out in the psychiatric OT group. In February 2016 and March 2020, all patients were admitted to the hospital, and all patients were prescribed OT. In clinical practice, OT in psychiatry is the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and cross-sectional disorders. The analysis of schizophrenia patients 'mental health status and social life status is a reflection of the clinical situation. The investigation was conducted in collaboration with the hospital psychiatrist and clinical psychologist. The number of objects in the information set is more than 6 times. During the year, the Japanese Psychiatric Society participated in the research. Now, the patient information collection, input, confirmation work is complete, preparation analysis is performed. This paper discusses the influence of social life activities on psychiatric OT and social development, and discusses the relationship between social life activities and social development.
