脳卒中者は1日を通して「座りすぎ」の傾向にあるが、特に歩行非自立者はこの傾向が顕著となる。そのため、1日を通した包括的な身体活動量のマネジメントが不可欠となる。しかし、歩行非自立者に対する身体活動促進の方策は確立していない。本研究では、歩行非自立の回復期脳卒中者における身体活動促進の方策の基盤となる知見を得るために、次のことを明らかにしていく。① 歩行自立を予測する座位行動・身体活動量のカットオフ値を算出する。② 座位行動を身体活動に置き換えた際に、歩行自立に与える影響について推定する。2022年度は多施設共同研究実施に向けて、研究協力施設において倫理申請やデータベース構築を整備した。その後、各研究協力施設において順調に対象者のリクルートが進んでいる。2022年度末において、目標症例数の40％に到達している。現在は集積されたデータから予備的な仮説を検証し学会発表に向けた準備をしており、今後論文投稿を予定している。
