非小細胞肺癌患者に対する免疫チェックポイント阻害薬治療中の新たな栄養管理に関する治療開発を目指して、呼吸器内科医師、栄養管理師、臨床研究部の生物統計家と伴に、「非小細胞肺癌患者における食生活が免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の治療効果に与える影響を評価する多機関共同前向き観察研究（UMIN000049619）」の実施計画書を作成、熊本大学病院臨床研究審査委員会へ提出し、承認を得た。共同研究機関として熊本中央病院呼吸器内科へ協力を依頼し、実施機関として登録した。2022年12月より免疫チェックポイント阻害薬を含む治療を受ける非小細胞肺癌患者を対象として、本研究に関する同意を取得した後に、治療前に食物摂取頻度調査票の記入と血液検査にて39種類のアミノ酸、24成分の脂肪酸の測定を行い、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬を含む治療の治療効果や免疫関連有害事象について前向きに観察する研究を実施している。2023年3月時点で、10例の症例登録を行い、それぞれ食物摂取頻度調査票と血清アミノ酸・脂肪酸測定を行った。現段階では、臨床データが収集されていないため、食生活や血清アミノ酸、脂肪酸値と免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の治療効果・免疫関連有害事象との関連性については、現時点で、未解析の状況である。今後も症例蓄積を行い、100例程度を超えた段階で、中間解析を行う予定である。また、今後、症例数を増やすために、熊本県内の他の医療機関に研究参加の依頼を行う予定である。

At this stage, clinical data are collected, dietary, serum, acid, fatty acid, immune resistance, therapeutic effect, immune related harmful event, correlation, current point, unresolved status are collected. In the future, the accumulation of symptoms is in the middle, and the degree of 100 cases is determined. In the future, the number of cases will increase, and other medical institutions in Kumamoto will participate in the study.
