本年度においては、研究目的の1つである修理サービス実施による製品寿命延長の年数に応じた消費者の修理サービスに対する支払意思額を推計するために、その推計に必要なデータを取得するためのアンケート調査の調査票の作成や調査設計の検討を行った。調査票の設計については、仮想評価法の二項選択形式に基づく支払意思額の推定を行うため、その推定に必要となる属性の設定について、本研究の対象である冷蔵庫とエアコンに関して検討を行った。具体的には、まず修理費用については、各メーカーがwebページ等で示している修理費用の目安に関する情報を基に、中央値などの記述統計量を算出したうえで修理費用の値の設定を検討した。修理による製品寿命延長の年数については、先行研究での各製品の平均寿命のデータ等を基に、その平均寿命に対する延長年数の割合などの観点から検討した。また、各家電量販店での延長保証の年数を参照し、保証が受けられると考えられる使用年数が5年以下の製品を保有する消費者については、対象外とすることも検討した。前述した項目以外においても、どのようなシナリオを回答者に想定してもらうかやそのシナリオの伝達方法など、各種考えられるバイアスをどのように小さくするかも加味しながら設問票の作成を進め、最終的には設問票の第一案の作成が完了した。成果という観点でははまだ十分なものは得られてないが、それを得るための準備を最低限進められたという点では、今年度の実績は意義があるものと考える。今後は、調査票の精査や調査設計は慎重に行うことも加味しつつ、プレ調査及び本調査をできるだけ早急に行っていきたいと考える。

This year, the research goal is to estimate the cost of repair services for consumers and to discuss the preparation of survey design. The design of the survey ticket is based on the estimation of the meaning of the basic expenditure, the estimation of the necessary attributes, and the investigation of the object of this study. Specific repair costs are calculated based on the statistics of the repair costs for each service category and web category. The number of years of product life extension for repair is based on the average life of each product and the number of years of service extension for repair is based on the average life of each product. The warranty period of each appliance store shall be referred to, and the warranty period shall be kept by the consumer for a period of less than 5 years, and the warranty period shall be kept by the customer for an additional period. In addition to the above items, the preparation of the questionnaire was completed, and the final preparation of the questionnaire was completed. The results of this year's performance are significant. In the future, careful investigation of investigation tickets and investigation design shall be carried out carefully.
